Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, so we implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your £20 deposit.

 

In cases where no deposit is given in any prepaid sessions/courses, that session will be forfeited as compensation for the reserved time.
